I do not care if you like me. I know who and what I am.
I am secure enough within myself that your opinions of me do not matter. I will not allow anyone to try and convince me that I am anything less than what I am. Nor will I allow anyone to manipulate me or treat me badly so that they may feel better about themselves. I am fun, compassionate and fair and may be the best friend you could ever have. Mutual respect is a must in any relationship.
