Mr. Zai (as some people call him).
Appears to be a normal avatar.
Except for 2 things.

In all our research we couldn't find his middle name.
All we know is his first and last.
Also appears that, someone controles Mr. Zai in the way he walk, talk and think.

But we didn't found much about that person yet.

Like Zai use to say: " The People who know me,
call me: Mr. Zai; The Others call me just Zai."
