The Tasha-Sweet Pepper is a highly prized pepper for the most discerning of chefs. It has both a complexity of flavors that presents beautifully and simplly - one might even say naturaly and effortlessly in most dishes, but it's tatse, though starting disarmingly sweet, approachable, and genuin, will grow in into an intencity of sensual heat for those that appreciate its complexity. . The heat perfectly compliments it's sweetness. For those that eat them raw, will definately need the milk.
