Sixteen years in Second Life and I’m still here, still creating, still taking photographs and still occasionally wondering what on earth I’m doing. Apparently, that makes me an SL teenager now… hmm, what can I legally do at sixteen? Probably best not to ask. 😉

For me, Second Life has always been about the people and the memories made along the way. Some friendships last for years, some are only part of the journey for a while, and some disappear faster than someone who has just been asked to voice. Whatever happens, I believe in enjoying the moment, appreciating the people who matter and capturing the memories before they become yesterday.

Over the years, I’ve also built a few places of my own, including Sirenz Estates, Sirenz Photographic Studio & Gallery and, of course, a proper traditional English pub, because sixteen years in SL teaches you that every community needs somewhere decent to sit, chat and pretend the drinks are real.
