My greatest wish: To run a complete simulation of a whole planet with intelligent beings on it. Let it evolve for a while. Then show up in all my glory and announce that there's no god, that I'm just a computer programmer, and the world is going to end in 2 hours because I can't afford to pay the bills.
Watch the resulting mayhem. Rollback the world to before the announcement. Think of something even more evil to try.
