~ Find the self-worth to value oneself…your heart, your spirit, and your soul. Recognizing the patterns others may overlook, feeling the truth beneath what is spoken, and sensing when something is not aligned. Honor that awareness. Let the light within guide you to recognize what is before you, understand what it reveals, and make the decision that honors your heart, your spirit, and your soul— never forgetting your mission...to bring healing light and goodness into all worlds. ~ Dr. G

He who is filled with love is filled with God himself. ~ Augustine of Hippo
"Great minds discuss IDEAS,
average minds discuss EVENTS,
small minds discuss PEOPLE. " Catch yourself if you're ever distracted by small minded people gossiping about others. Eleanor Roosevelt
