I try to live stoically, focusing on what I can control: my thoughts, actions, and values. I don’t always get it right, but Stoicism is a practice, not a pursuit of perfection. It helps me stay grounded, present, and at peace. I also believe in living by the Golden Rule - not because I expect it from others, but because it feels right to me. I’m introverted and a little shy, but I care and I’m friendly, so if you’ve found your way to my profile and feel like saying hello, I’d love that.
