The very best thing about SL is it's OK to ask complete strangers a million questions, to learn by trial and error, to make friends (or occasionally, yet rarely, a few enemies) with literally anyone according to how they interact with you one-on-one, to scream for help when you can't figure something out, to get into trouble but still manage to fix things up again... since nearly everyone makes plenty of "stupid" mistakes in SL themselves, too. It's the ultimate safe environment for the seriously curious.
