Radiant Star (astralmist)

A Noblemare hailing from the far north, but native to Canterlot by heart, experienced in arts both magical and studious, and not altogether happy with her place in life. She is most properly addressed by the title of 'Viscountess', though she has never truly been one for showing that respect in turn.
For those who faintly recognize the mare, this is indeed the same Radiant Star from those animations. I tend to stay IC unless prompted otherwise, and although the character is cruel and cold, I am certainly not.
