3. Custom Scripts-2 3) If we make a deal about a custom scripting project, it has to be an agreement between us regarding : - features (please see the previous rule) - price (depends on the amount of work for the script, not on the amount you are ready to pay) - conditions - delay. For trivial scripts, I may just help you for free if you are nice (tips appreciated though). For very complex projects, I will write down a specification document that sums up every foreseeable detail of the project before creating it, and, if we agree on it, start the development. 4) Communicate. Understanding each other begins with communication. Please use English or French. Email is the preferred method since the majority of development is done offline: oggy.fink@gmail.com . Plus IMs get capped. Always. More More
5. Issues with a product? If you have a problem with one of my products or scripts, then PLEASE contact me. Do NOT post bad reviews on the Marketplace without first trying to solve the issue by contacting the creator. Most of the time issues are just a misunderstanding with a maybe complex product, I will happily assist you if you're having such a problem. When you post a bad review without first trying to contact me, then you are permanently hurting a business and hard work of a creator. Consider that. That being said, honest and well-informed reviews are welcome. More More
6. Reporting bugs and issues I try to correct bugs and problems as they are reported, but it is necessary for me to confirm them, understand them, reproduce problems to analyze them and find a solution, etc. How NOT to report a problem: - Your product does not work. - I had a problem with your script. - I have an error message, but don't remember it. How to HELFULLY report a problem: - I tried to use your product <designation> to do <precise description> but what happens is. <behavior> - I had this error message <copy of the message> when trying to use your product <designation> and doing <this> - etc. In short: be precise, specific and concise. See contact info for the actual report and I'll get back to you ASAP.. Thanks! More More

2. Custom Scripts-1 Do you need a custom script for your personal or commercial project ? Then feel free to contact me. There are a few key rules to understand about this: 1) I write my own scripts. I am not fond of modifying other people's scripts. We may have different habits when it comes to coding and depending on them it's just not bearable to dig into someone else's twisted mind to find a mistake, or add the super feature you just thought about. If it's required, it's probably best to contact the original author. 2) Please think about what you want precisely. I can read your words, not read your mind. Please use words to describe every detail of what you want, or face the risk of having a script that just does not do what you want, or me refusing to program something I cannot guess. More More
