1- I've purchased an item and it has not been delivered, what can I do?
Don't purchase the item again, I use Casper system which allows redelivery, you can find the redelivery terminal in my store. Otherwise drop me a notecard with "Your Name ,Item Name and Transaction Id"
2- I've bought something that doesn't fit or I don't like, can I have a refund?
No, I'm sorry , Vulnus items come with demo, try it before purchase.
3- I've accidentally purchased the same item twice, can I have a refund?
Yes, of course double purchase of the same items will be refunded ( Gacha items excluded )
4- How can I send a Vulnus item as a gift?
I use Casper system which allows you to gift any item of the store, touch the vendor then hit the gift button in menu and follow the instructions.
5- Can I request a custom work?
Yes, but only texture customization can be required (Pattern & Colors).
