Created by Kaled Davros, the "Dalek Supreme" Wellzy chose the current "Dalek Supreme" (MrMudd) to help guide this fan group as a "neutral" which has no drama with Whovian matters and promotes safety and fun for those who choose RP. The current "Dalek Supreme" is responsible for the building of Whovian and Sci-Fi events and encourages members to support all Whovian communities.
