RIP to my beloved Blackheart, once the fastest sloop in the Caribbean… right up until she became the fastest sloop to the bottom of it. glub glub glub

Interested in interesting people, interesting conversation, and anyone capable of making me laugh. Please note: a compliment is not a come-on. I can admire a work of art without wanting to take it home, hang it on my wall, or wake up next to it.

Otherwise, I’m fairly average—assuming “average” includes a lifelong addiction to MMORPGs. I’ve played most of them and have been wandering around LOTRO since launch, because apparently leaving Middle-earth was never part of the plan. Yes, Tolkien fan. Possibly beyond medical intervention.

I enjoy RP, sci-fi, fantasy, horror, and people with functioning senses of humor. Mine ranges from sardonic to quirky, can be bawdy and occasionally takes an unsupervised detour through the absurd.

I’m easygoing, but I have an old-fashioned fondness for civility, good manners, and people who possess both. I’m also extraordinarily humble—quite possibly one of the humblest people you’ll ever have the privilege of meeting. I try not to boast about it.

Generally, I shouldn’t be taken too seriously.

Unless, of course, I’m being serious.

Determining which is which is left entirely to you.

Good luck.
