Oh, Messr. Euler... I broke your Gimbal lock. Not sorry. I can return the pieces when I'm done. But I projected tangential planes from each point on your sphere. I want to shape the projection planes I made, then they're not linear: imagine a colour map where the colours represent distance to nearby pixels and I index into that from the projection origin and RGB represent XYZ distance... freaky. Could just do boring old elliptical projections for each axis, but where is the fun in that? They'll probably just displace the lock locus anyway. Flat is where it's at, eh, Oily-old-chum?
