"a deep, empathetic appreciation of the ephemeral beauty manifest in nature and human life, and it is therefore usually tinged with a hint of sadness".
"The sound of the bell of Gion shôja echoes out the impermanence of all things."
So begins the Japanese classic Tale of the Heike Clan. In those few words we find the expression of a world view that suggests life is as short and as hauntingly beautiful as the thrum of a bell resonating in a courtyard.

- **The Far Away Beautiful, immersive sim built by the amazing AM Radio. There is such a sense of peace here. The Wheatfield seems to stretch for miles, dotted in the distance with farmhouses and farm buildings, and up close some interesting, and beautifully built objects to explore, and interact with. In addition to the beautiful places he creates, AM Radio has his heart in the right place. He is raising money for Heifer International, a very worthy charity, that helps people with very little have a means to feed themselves. The donations go towards buying animals, and help in teaching agricultural methods which will preserve the land for those who follow. You can buy a plot of wheat from him and the money goes to Heifer International to help them continue the work they are doing. So, while there, try to leave a little something for this very important cause.
- Red Dragon Village North East Unfortunately gone now, but was a peaceful Japanese themed garden sim, peaceful and tranquil, filled with a profusion of trees, shrubs, flowers, waterfalls, and the only sounds you hear are those of birds, insects and flowing water.
