Who am I?

They say I used to be a good man. That I cleaned up the streets.
Now? The streets belong to me.

I'm Sheriff Paul, and this town is mine.Don't matter if you robbed a bank or you're just walkin' by in that little skirt—if you cross my path, you're mine.

And since money is tight because I'm unemployed, sometimes I sell my prisoners as prostitutes for a few lindens.

Rules:
Never say "no" (it won't help).
Crying's allowed... turns me on.
Try to run? The hunt just gets more fun.
Crime? Lookin' me in the eye without permission.
