All attachments have the corresponding restrictions when locked (no self-access) and i use the Pet-Collar without a possibility of reseting scripts.

Examples:

Blindfold visible/locked = Mouselook, No Names, No location, no public Chat
Cuffs locked = No touch, No inventory, No Clothes, etc.
Gagged = No IM (even to owner if owned), No Chat/Talk, No OOC, only emote and garble with other name
