SUMMARY: WF joined CE's "2009 project" in 2010 as a temporary collaborator, quit this platform in 2014-2016, returned in 2016 with partially renamed stolen FCS/Unity derivatives fraudulently claiming sole ownership without any evidence whatsoever. He then lies to events in published interviews that he has been solely running this project for 16 years and has claimed that Cira had nothing to do with it. CE has a plethora of evidence showing her ownership and co-ownership, along with thousands of witnesses, including, but not limited to, financial transactions, full perm scripts backed up in perpetuity, and hundreds of Exhibits, a few of which are displayed in her profile. He sold said content behind her back to the public FOR RESALE via a fraudulent and FULLY REVOCABLE license without CE's express written permission (or knowledge at first). This is not only morally wrong, but breaks federal law in the jurisdiction where it took place. He also commits multiple TOS violations and breaks several federal, international, civil and criminal laws, flaming others in this platform to do the same.

Copyrights of said intellectual property have been clearly and publicly established for 16 years and held ONLY by Cira Emor, founder/cocreator, and Warwick Falconer, collaborator, jointly or severally for each of their contributions, but per Title 17 - NOT MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE FOR COCREATED I.P., with zero legal licenses issued to any individual or event by ALL COPYRIGHT OWNERS. Thieves (AbielleCostayne & others) who claim to be "innocent ©Second Life™ residents following TOS," YOU are fraudulently misrepresenting the truth. FRAUD: WF's fraudulent licenses, which rob YOU of thousands of virtual dollars, clearly EXCLUDE the founder/cocreator of the original FCS/Unity project & products, which means that YOU DO NOT HAVE ALL JOINT COPYRIGHT OWNERS' PERMISSION. This invalidates all of his licenses, rendering them illegal and never valid in the first place. This is a fact, NO MATTER HOW YOU FEEL, WHAT YOU SAY, DO, OR BELIEVE - THEY'RE NOT YOURS TO RESELL OR GIVE AWAY. WF IS REQUIRED BY FEDERAL LAW TO OBTAIN CIRA'S EXPRESS WRITTEN PERMISSION TO SELL THEIR CO-CREATED I.P. TO THE PUBLIC FOR RESALE AND HE DOES NOT HAVE IT, NOR WILL HE EVER RECEIVE IT. HE DID THIS BEHIND HER BACK. CE & WF WERE THE ONLY 2 IN THIS PLATFORM SELLING THEIR CO-CREATED I.P. AND WF SINGLE-HANDEDLY DECIDED TO SELL IT TO THE WHOLE GRID FOR RESALE, EVEN GOING AS FAR AS SAYING IT'S THE BEST THING HE EVER DID - BREAK THE LAW. Then he tells all the resellers that Cira is on a "rabid rant" "claiming copyright on HIS scripts." THE SCRIPTS ARE NOT SOLELY HIS. THERE IS QUITE A BIT OF EVIDENCE SHOWING THIS. CE declares her copyright because that's what law says to do; and

Cira co-owns the scripts, the training facilities, I.P., Unity Empire, etc. and innovated some of the I.P. alone. She founded the entire project and invested years of innovative/creative work and more financing than YOU could imagine. Brainwashed and greedy players today take actions to strip her of her rights so they can profit off her innovations. WF also knows that Cira helped him develop the scripts for years since it was her project in the first place. See Cira's profile for a time & date-stamped photograph of them BOTH editing the code together and discussing same in local chat (if you zoom in). WF cannot cut her out, claim she had nothing to do with it and proceed with blatant TOS violations and broken laws to gain fake notoriety and real profits. Hundreds, if not thousands, of residents QUIT this platform after witnessing this, and rightly so. Those who continue proliferating this stolen content do so toward the inevitable demise of their own reputation and risk legal action against them. Past "events" doing same have been closed. WF has zero evidence to back up his falsely claimed "sole ownership" of all said content, and shows YOU ZERO EVIDENCE that Cira had nothing to do with it; instead, only defaming Cira, myself and others, and flaming others to do the same, while brainwashing new/gullible residents in attempts to justify fraud. He also fakes traffic on his various venues. He makes only a couple uncreative new products a year to make it appear to events that he is an 'active' creator (one a torch for super short arms); and

CE and WF's co-creations were also much more than just the scripts, which he uses as a scapegoat to sell, and illegally license for resale, their cocreated I.P. to fraudulently take YOUR money. He also claims to have filed several [false] abuse complaints (another TOS violation) for which he has zero evidence because Cira does not abuse, con or accost anyone. That's what HE's doing. Declaring obvious ownership of IP is not an actionable abuse, harassment or defamation -- it's the law; and that "defamation" is defined by FALSE public defamatory statements (those backed by evidence are not defamation); and

FURTHER INFORMED, that simultaneous to WF's fraud, he has also ambivalently & publicly published said copyrights in both names: Cira Emor and Warwick Falconer, in text which cannot be modified. WF cannot rescind a copyright because he changed his mind;

FURTHER INFORMED, that attempts to hide said stolen I.P., such as 1) inside weapons to give away, gift, donate, sell or resell, i.e., those created by Orion Christos (and/or DLD/DragonLance DESIGNS) at the SL Living Expo 2026 (which has almost no traffic) sponsored by WF on the Birklands region, or 2) new regions pre-banning CE or myself before opening the region (Avilion Vale, Vinland, etc.), or 3) using the names of said stolen content, or derivatives without both copyright owners' permission to advertise YOUR region(s), even when there's no such content being used on the region, i.e., Zantosa, who has one of the largest fake traffic counts on the grid, or 4) regions who use said stolen content('s) name(s) only for advertising purposes when not even on the region, i.e., HD - History Design (full of bots), are all also fraudulent and not permitted under Title 17 or TOS; and "Someone who did not create the work cannot claim copyright over it" [as TS Creations of the White Armory (Colton Dreschler) attempts to fraudulently do], "even if they have a strong interest in it. For example, a client who commissions a logo from a designer cannot claim copyright unless the designer legally transfers ownership to them in writing." (Title 17) When YOUR original work contains stolen content (someone else's work without their permission), YOUR original work becomes fraudulent also. YOU MAY NOT put your own copyright onto content that contains stolen content, owned by someone else (i.e., proliferators such as Broken Arc, Nephilim, (DLD) DragonLance Designs, TS Creations, Colton Drechsler of the White Armory, etc.); and

FURTHER INFORMED, that the act of copyright holders informing customers/resellers of their copyrights and/or cease & desist, is not "accosting," "vindictive" or "griefing" as WF publicly fabricates via his defamation of Cira and myself - it's actually stated and encouraged in both Title 17 and this platform's Policy; and

FURTHER INFORMED, that proliferation of said stolen content is not permitted without express written permission from all co-creators and is NOT dependent on whether any third party has told YOU to stop, the status of the case, which documents are filed or not filed or whether others are "doing it too." YOU simply MAY NOT proliferate, promote, sell, resell, give away, donate or claim YOU own a license to (no legal license exists) said content at any time under any circumstances; and

FURTHER INFORMED, that WF must honor the contractual agreement with all customers, not just ones he falsely boasts are "his" now. He has denied newer versions to thousands for their purchases. It's not only wrong, it's illegal in the United States. He must also remove, and indefinitely refrain from adding, any and all scripting within such intellectual property which tracks, auto-detaches, and/or targets any users, including indefinitely refraining from any similar forms of tracking and/or monitoring any users; and

FURTHER INFORMED, that fraudulent profits and/or laundering or intentional "washing" of same, shall not be permitted; and

FURTHER INFORMED, that conduct in breach of Title 17 and other laws, and TOS, including defamation, harassment, stalking (including internet stalking), criminal stalking, breach of contract, flaming of others, false advertising or infringement of intellectual property rights pertaining to illegal derivatives or illegal resale or gifting of FCS/Unity derivatives or otherwise proliferating same, is documented for legal counsel; and

FURTHER INFORMED, that pursuant to Section 22 Theft: "(1)A person handles stolen goods if (otherwise than in the course of the stealing) knowing or believing them to be stolen goods he dishonestly receives the goods, or dishonestly undertakes or assists in their retention, removal, disposal or realization by or for the benefit of another person, or if he arranges to do so"; and

FURTHER INFORMED, that if YOU are an EVENT, most event IP policies in this platform state that if there is ANY infringement issue, the content will NOT BE ALLOWED. End of story. However, some events (many that have been infested by Warwick Falconer or the MGA) recently changed their policy to go further to state that if there is no DMCA filed, or a "resident v. resident dispute," that they WILL ALLOW STOLEN CONTENT because they "can't mediate it." That is a true twist of the law. As an event, you may wish to seek a licensed attorney to rephrase IP policy correctly so that YOU do not proliferate stolen content, nor content for which YOU HAVE BEEN SPECIFICALLY DENIED PERMISSION to proliferate, or content which is publishing a Cease & Desist. It is agreeable that YOU cannot mediate or argue such facts, but YOU are NOT being asked to do so. Determination by YOU that an issue is a "resident v. resident" issue, combined with the fact that you do not know confidential details of a matter and which documents are filed or not filed (which YOUR policy ambivalently states that you WON'T do) and therefore proliferating stolen content ANYWAY, does not exempt YOU from Title 17 or this platform's Policy - THE PROPER ACTION BY EVENTS is: 1) where there is a content issue, DO NOT allow the content in YOUR event - *ANY OF IT*, especially where there's a cease & desist and when YOU are pre-informed or informed generally that YOU specifically do not have all copyright owner's permission (2026 SL Living Expo); and

FURTHER INFORMED, that WF has been caught several times outright fabricating to event handlers that CoOwner of said copyrights & associates are causing issues at other events and therefore instructs admins to PRE-ban, or ban during or just after absolute silent attendance by co-owner & associates "just in case something were to happen." WF has no right to ban his competition or targets (CoOwners and innocent associates) from public events for sole purposes of: 1) covering up his fraud, 2) attempts to prevent others from seeing profiles, and 3) taking over events for his own personal gain. WF has even recently asked in a charity group whether there was a maximum amount he could donate! Anything in an attempt to purchase false integrity. His behavior, w/ fraud, defamation, & flaming directly violates multiple TOS & Policies of this platform and U.S. Civil Law. What's even more outrageous is that a number of these defrauded event handlers not only honor his commands despite having knowledge of WF's fraud in advance, they do so after having just invited WF's targets to be IN the event as merchants, thereby cutting out even more donations. Evidence of these WF violations are documented, and both WF and events have zero evidence that targets have broken any TOS or Policies at these events because they haven't; a fact also easily proven. Moreover, these are some of the very reasons why successful merchants no longer participate in these particular events which end up with little to no attendance except for entertainers, while WF single-handedly degrades charitable donations from inside this platform; and

FURTHER INFORMED, that if you do not understand this Cease & Desist, again, you may wish to consult a licensed attorney.

WF joined SL Norse & Viking Society group for the sole purpose to stalk us. He has nothing to do with that group or RL Viking culture, in SL. However, he missed the show of TOS violations by AbielleCostayne, and by AngelicaAmazonia on this date, trying to talk about my RL in that group and posting in the group that I am Cira. I am not Cira. Using other people's groups to stalk, is almost as bad as WF showing up at a club only 3 mins after his targets arrive (Cira and I) and from his being offline at that time.

BigKaren & approx. a dozen fake Karen avatars in their group, related noobs & alts, BB Balderdash, Random Mefusula & Elise Yalin, enable, publicly flame and harass related to the above intellectual property infringement and their behavior is also documented for legal counsel. These are affiliated with at least two other avatars, one of which was MIA in SL for months but has returned, and the "Elise Yalin" avatar which appears almost completely nude in public (no underwear, with bondage gear, and rarely a shirt) on moderate public regions almost daily, which the venue tolerates anyway, against their own rules. That would be 365 legitimate AR reports, not to mention that person's harassment of others. Public venues don't enforce their own rules, much less TOS likely because they just don't care. This is exactly what is bringing this platform down. If you publicly encourage this behavior and/or participate pertaining to the above matter, you are added to the case. If you just don't care, you should probably just find another form of entertainment because people here do care and we won't tolerate you.
