These criminals will be stopped - they are stealing your money and infesting YOUR regions and projects; and now the MGA is sponsoring events at cancer charities, mimicking their 'overlords' WF & DLD in order to attempt to buy morality. If they gave a shit, they would have been donating a long time ago. Their ambassador is an outright liar & thief.

Purpose of this Notice: Restate proper copyrights & warn the unknowing of these crimes. It is NOT to engage crimes of narcissists or feed energy to same. I am a witness to theft & a target by proxy.
- Theft is a crime
- Reselling/promoting/accepting funds for, or giving away stolen products are crimes
- Internet Cyberstalking is a federal crime
- Defamation, flaming & harassment, sharing IMs, sharing RL info, are crimes and/or TOS violations
- None of these exempt you from TOS or US criminal or civil law: Extortion, ignorance, "dispute claims", proliferating or promoting WF or cohorts' defamatory & flaming propaganda, narcissistic psychological warfare, rips or freebies, aiding, abetting, or opinion
- Those breaking a bulk of the LL's TOS (much less one) to cover these crimes are risking account termination per LL TOS, and/or civil or ciminal penalties, as are the actual thieves.
- Those who resell/promote/give away ANY Unity products or FCS/Unity/Unity Empire derivatives, i.e., Unity Maxim, Unity Empire & supporting products (co-owned by Cira & WF, per LL TH and WF's own no mod nc's, not to mention years of hard work) (Unity Maxim Empire is a fraudulent name change of same), Unity Maxim modern, western, SWRP testbed / Unity Starwars testbed Unity Star HUDs, etc. without BOTH CoCreators' permission, break, among other federal laws, 17 U.S.C. §§ 101-1332 (2012)
- Theft/reselling/promoting/aiding/abetting/harassment/defamation/retaliation are documented
- See Cira Emor's profile for evidence & further info. Her evidential full perm released and unreleased scripts are in possession of counsel, backed up in perpetuity, and on LL servers; also of importance are thousands of witnesses. Don't be his next victim!

Cira solely founded the FSC/Unity Project in 2009.
2010 WF asked to join as a collaborator. In hindsight, his intent was to steal it all. Cira & WF co-created many products (and unique realms), worked on the concepts, syntax errors, testing/troubleshooting for years, with public feedback, not to mention HIS sneaky, premeditated stolen IP of others. WF himself also publicly announced the joint copyright owners of Unity products and scripts as Cira Emor and WF, in writing (no mod) (as did Cira). He can't undo that. Since their co-created Unity project/products were co-created, you do not have any right, license or permission from both CoCreators to resell/profit from/give away any of these products. WF quit SL in 2014 and returned in 2016, renaming, rebuilding jointly created products to remove her name, and is selling them to the public without Cira's permission (initially behind her back) and claims she has nothing to do with them. This breaks U.S. Copyright law. If you aid him, you are an accomplice to a felon and are committing TOS violations. These are the tip of the iceberg of his & others' related crimes/TOS violations. One of the largest crime rings in this pyramid is the Medieval Games Alliance (MGA) & other related, similar dishonest regions/groups, which attempt to cover their crimes, including but not limited to, theft, reselling/profiting from/giving away stolen products, defamation, harassment, infesting RL charities and others' regions and fun, sharing IMs/RL info, & other multiple TOS violations. Nothing Unity is "Certified" and all licenses are fraudulent/fabricated. You do not have the legal right to use the Unity name, or derivatives thereof, in your region in relation to these combat products for purposes of advertising your region, creations or for gaining traffic. You are obviously free to use the word "unity" unrelated to these Unity combat products - a point which WF ran with fraudulently by saying that Cira is saying you're never allowed to use her word Unity - just an example of his twisting the facts. HIs 2025 Board of Unity Worlds is false and deceptive.

Broken Arc does nothing BUT sell stolen content knowingly breaking U.S. Copyright law. Also knowingly selling stolen content is DragonLance Designs/Orion Christos, Thono Hammerthal, and others listed in Picks 7 & 17.

Unity is NOT Spellfire, ask Aaron (the author) & see WF's own NO MOD words in Cira's profile. *In fact, just ask WF* - he won't even lie about that. Cira has never been partnered in SL, another lie they tried. See original Unity groups which Cira owns & banned WF from, & visit the Unity Museum on The Last Stop to read the truth. If your name is in my profile as aiding, abetting, reselling, giving away for free, or otherwise proliferating stolen content, it's not defamation - it's a proven fact and therefore not slander.
