the victims that day makes the cheaters & thieves in SL seem so
irrelevant and missing out on life. We connected, shared our RL
stories from that day, listened to the intense ATC and in a sense,
relived it together. So many new stories coming forward and it's

• It is illegal to change original copyrights without a written agreement between all copyright owners.

Cira Emor is the sole founder and intellectual property owner of the Falcon Combat System (FCS)/Unity Project established in 2009.
The legal and operational structure of the copyright breaks down as follows:
• Sole Founding IP: Cira Emor owns the foundational copyrights for the overall IP, and all copyrights for the =ED= Eagle Designs brand.
• Shared/Co-Created Content: Warwick Falconer was a temporary collaborator. They share co-ownership specifically on select co-created content stemming from their joint work under the Falcon Combat System [FCS] / Unity, Unity Empire original framework.
• Licensing Restrictions: Under U.S. Copyright Law, there are no legal licenses issued by both co-owners allowing any authorized resale, distribution, or reproduction of Cira Emor's sole or co-created content, or any derivatives thereof.

SUMMARY: WF joined CE's "2009 project" in 2010 as a temporary collaborator, quit this platform in 2014-2016, returned in 2016 with partially renamed stolen FCS/Unity derivatives fraudulently claiming sole ownership without any evidence whatsoever. He then lies to events in published interviews that he has been solely running this project for 16 years and has claimed that Cira had nothing to do with it. CE has a plethora of evidence showing her ownership and co-ownership, along with thousands of witnesses, including, but not limited to, financial transactions, full perm scripts backed up in perpetuity, and hundreds of Exhibits, a few of which are displayed in her profile. He sold said content behind her back to the public FOR RESALE via a fraudulent and FULLY REVOCABLE license without CE's express written permission (or knowledge at first) ... AFTER publishing that Cira and WF prefer to sell these products EXCLUSIVELY (not anyone else). This is not only morally wrong, but breaks federal law in the jurisdiction where it took place. He also commits multiple TOS violations and breaks several federal, international, civil and criminal laws, flaming others in this platform to do the same. He also attempts to cover up his fraud by following Cira into various charity events with only 1 or 2 new products per YEAR, defaming both her and myself (because I'm a witness to his theft) to same charity events to which we were invited, then banned after his fabricated defamation. Also hosts a fraudulent sci-fi charity event on Nolan.

You may not grant yourself permission to proliferate stolen content without permission from ALL copyright owners per Title 17. It says *ALL* copyright owners, not just one of them. You may not grant yourself the same permission because you do not care or you're a smartass, or an idiot. DMCA is an option, but not the only one. You have zero rights to require a DMCA. Copyright owners have every opportunity to bypass options and take legal action directly, after a Cease & Desist, to protect their rights.

Cease & desist: You ignore it, you may want to consult a licensed attorney re: what a Cease & Desist is. Ignoring a Cease & Desist works in favor of all copyright owners in a court of law, beyond this platform an shows your intent.
CE is sole founder, WF was a collaborator on her project and no one here has permission to sell/resell Cira's creations or cocreations. If you do anyway, you breach this platform's policy & TOS and U.S. federal law, Title 17. You are not "innocenet residents." Any argument with me re those facts, or demands for RL info gets on the AR list and is added to the case. Any harassment, stalking, or harassment via alts is reported to RL law enforcement. You want to know what the case is? Look in the mirror. This is not drama, it's the law.
