If trying to be friendly, I personaly don't recommend asking "How are you doing?"
I might tell you and you won't like the answer.. Also I tend to get super anxious if someone starts to talk to me making me panic and run! So this is me saying sorry ahead of time! I do panic easy, please don't get to angry.
