I came to SL because of my interest in virtual worlds.
I met so many people dedicated to make "the world a better place". It makes my SL time valuable and i hope that people in SL will find the ways and right tools to make a real difference. In RL, the movie "Zeitgeist Addendum" does a difference - check it out !
