I've dipped in and out of SL for many years now (mostly out), but the older and clunkier it gets (and the older and clunkier I get) the more weirdly fascinating I find it.
These days, I find the certainties in my life are dissolving, the things I thought were permanent, were part of me, are fading. I find myself adrift in an increasingly uncertain and insecure world, But then, I guess that's true for all of us.
