Growing up a disparaged orphan on the street, Aimee never knew the parents that discarded her. For as long as she can remember she lived her life day to day, night to night, scrapping for survival with the sole motivation of uncovering a safe place to sleep as twilight encroached each evening. Innovation begot shelter, and a dirty mattress dragged into a rank corner of an abandoned warehouse was heaven.
