Heya - I'm the Viewer Release Manager here at Linden Lab. If you're not quite sure which part of SL is the Viewer, I'll give you a hint... you're looking at it! :o)

While I love to meet and talk with residents, if you have problems questions about Second Life, the best way to get answers is to take advantage of the Knowledge Base (http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/KB) or go through the Support Portal (http://secondlife.com/support), where you can find pretty much anything you need to know!
