TornOak was part of Legacies 1891, but the dark lord has left the city and it's residents have fled through the Nexxus to other lands. TornOak is all that remains, the Nexxus could not tear the land of light from it's rightful place. In fact, the Druid of TornOak has captured a bit of the Nexxus, so that residents of TornOak can use it to cross over into other realms. Our "sister city" is Serenity Falls.
