Charter: The Urieas Centre is the home of The Ruby Kiss Gentlemen’s Lounge, The Double Olive Jazz Lounge and the Sapphire Stallion. There are runway stages for fashion shows, public pool, a romantic garden, fishing grounds and shops owned by designers and creators form around the grid.
