Charter: This group is for NorthStar Mall Merchants who have rented a booth in either the General or Central AV areas of the mall. Join this group in order to rez your items in the NorthStar Mall.
There is a one time, non-refundable sign up fee of L$100 in order to join the group. All proceeds go towards the monthy fees for the NorthStar sims.
